HamCram registration is easy. Just complete the online application form below and submit your registration. Then click the button at the bottom afterwards and the website will take you to the payments page where you can click on the corresponding PayPal button to submit your $20 donation through PayPal.
FCC Federal Registration Number or FRN Number. We are no longer accepting Social Security Numbers on FCC Form 605. If you are applying for a new license, and DO NOT have an FRN number, please visit THIS PAGE for instructions on getting your FRN.
If you are going to HamCram or test for an upgrade, your FRN Number is on your license.

We ask for a $20 Donation to cover the cost of the materials for the HamCram Study Session.
* Note: Extra Class license applicants should study ahead of the HamCram – bring your own book.
* We offer an Extra Class HamCram test booklet for study sessions.
License Testing Only – There is no charge for test only candidates during the HamCram. Donations to Ham-U or the Stockton-Delta ARC are welcome.
