Run & Walk Against Hunger 2025
Thank you for volunteering to be part of the 21st Annual Stockton Thanksgiving morning tradition to help raise hunger awareness and funds for the Emergency Food Bank — an organization that provides food assistance and programs to the working poor in San Joaquin County.

Amateur Radio Operators are the eyes and ears on the course – keep the event safe by reporting what you see. 

ALL Radio Operators must wear a yellow or orange safety vest
. If you do not have a vest, please let us know and we will have one for you at the Start / Finish Line at the Banner Island Ballpark. Rest Stops / Water Stops / Course Turns: Portable radio (HT) Spare Batteries for HT Bring a Chair – Some areas you may be able to sit in your car, but don’t count on that.Stockton PD starts closing the streets as early as 7:00 AM – Make sure you have checked in at NCS at Banner Island Ballpark before you go to your post.  

Net Control (NCS):
Net control will be at the Banner Island BallparkNeed a minimum of 2 operators at NCSSet Up starting at 6:00 AM – be on the air by 7:00AM for check-ins and walk-ups
